How fast can you take an appointment?
Same-day and rush appointments are routine. Online sessions can often start within the hour; requests sent by email, text, Snapdocs, or CloseWise are typically accepted within seconds during business hours (8am–8pm, Mon–Sat), with after-hours signings by arrangement.
Can you notarize for someone in another state?
Yes. Highline Notary is RON-authorized on the Proof platform (IAL2 identity verification). Signers can be anywhere in the United States — and many U.S. citizens abroad — using a computer or phone with a camera. The notarial act is performed under Arizona commission and tamper-sealed digitally.
Can wills and trusts be notarized online?
Trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and most estate documents can be notarized online. Wills are different: whether a will, its witnesses, or its self-proving affidavit can be completed remotely depends on the law of the state where it will be used. Confirm with your estate attorney first — if remote isn't accepted, Arizona signers can book an in-person visit.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is quoted per file and per volume — request a rate sheet and you'll get written terms the same day, including a standing rate for title companies and high-volume partners. Fees follow Arizona notary law, with travel and technology itemized separately so nothing is a surprise on the invoice.
