How the work is done

Remote online notarizations run on the Proof platform with IAL2 identity verification for signers in all 50 states. In Arizona, in-person signings cover Maricopa, Pinal, Yavapai, Gila, and Coconino counties — homes, offices, hospitals, and care facilities.
