Know before you book

A signing agent, not a loan officer.

We walk borrowers through where to sign. Questions about rates, terms, or whether to proceed go to the lender.

  • Explain loan terms or rates, or advise whether to sign
  • Change or correct loan documents
  • Give legal or financial advice
  • Perform loan signings online — loan signings are in person only, in Arizona

Highline Notary is a notary public, not an attorney. We are not licensed to practice law and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice, including advice about immigration. We cannot select, prepare, or complete legal or immigration documents.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

All questions
How fast can you take an appointment?
Same-day and rush appointments are routine. Online sessions can often start within the hour; requests sent by email, text, Snapdocs, or CloseWise are typically accepted within seconds during business hours (8am–8pm, Mon–Sat), with after-hours signings by arrangement.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is quoted per file and per volume — request a rate sheet and you’ll get written terms the same day, including a standing rate for title companies and high-volume partners. Fees follow Arizona notary law, with travel and technology itemized separately so nothing is a surprise on the invoice.
Are you insured and background-screened?
Yes — NNA certified (#160863006), bonded, carrying Errors & Omissions insurance, and background-screened, with commissions active in both Arizona and Colorado. Credentials are available on request for your approved-vendor file.
