Service 03 · Immigration Documents

The affidavits your case requires, notarized.

Affidavits of relationship, support letters, sworn statements, translator certifications, and minor travel consent forms — notarized online for signers anywhere in the U.S., or in person in Arizona. We notarize signatures only: no legal or immigration advice.

What it covers

Sworn statements, properly witnessed.

Immigration paperwork often involves family in more than one state. Online, each signer joins from where they are; in Arizona, we can meet in person.

Documents we notarize

  • Affidavits of relationship & support letters
  • Sworn statements
  • Translator certifications
  • Minor travel consent forms
  • Apostille coordination for documents going abroad

On translations: the translator signs the certification, and we notarize the translator’s signature. The notary doesn’t translate the document or vouch for the translation.

Bring the document already prepared — by you, or by the immigration attorney or accredited representative handling your case. We’re happy to notarize what they send.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

All questions
Do you handle immigration documents?
We notarize signatures on immigration-related affidavits, sworn statements, translator certifications, and travel consent forms. We are not attorneys or accredited representatives: we cannot give immigration or legal advice, choose or prepare forms, or fill them in. For that, please work with a licensed immigration attorney — we're happy to notarize what they send.
Can you notarize for someone in another state?
Yes. Highline Notary is RON-authorized on the Proof platform (IAL2 identity verification). Signers can be anywhere in the United States — and many U.S. citizens abroad — using a computer or phone with a camera. The notarial act is performed under Arizona commission and tamper-sealed digitally.
Which documents can you notarize?
Estate and trust documents, powers of attorney, affidavits, declarations, acknowledgments, jurats, immigration-related sworn statements, loan and real estate packages, and apostille-bound documents. We can't notarize vital records (birth, death, or marriage certificates) — a certified copy has to come from the issuing agency. If you're unsure whether we cover it, ask.
