Do you come to my home or office in Phoenix?
Yes. Highline Notary is a mobile notary, so the signing happens where you are: a home, an office, a hospital room, or a care facility anywhere in Phoenix and across Maricopa County. A coffee shop or other public spot works too, by arrangement.
How much does a mobile notary cost in Phoenix?
Every appointment is quoted before you book — the notarization, travel to your location, and any rush or after-hours timing — so you know the full amount up front. Call, text, or send a request for a quote.
Can you come the same day, in the evening, or on a Saturday?
Often, yes. Regular hours are 8am to 8pm, Monday through Saturday, and same-day and rush visits are often available. Signings outside those hours can be set up by arrangement. Calling or texting 720-663-0005 is the fastest way to check today's availability.
What do I need to have ready for the appointment?
Every signer needs a current government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport. Have the complete documents ready and leave them unsigned, because you sign in front of the notary. If witnesses are required, let us know when you book.
Can you help me get an apostille in Phoenix?
Highline Notary can notarize your document and coordinate courier or submission to the Arizona Secretary of State, whose office is in Phoenix. The Secretary of State is the office that issues the apostille. We cannot choose which documents you need or advise on what a foreign office requires.
My signer isn't in Phoenix. Can you still help?
Yes. Mobile visits cover Maricopa, Pinal, Yavapai, Gila, and Coconino counties. Signers anywhere else in the United States can use remote online notarization on the Proof platform, from a computer or phone with a camera.
