Your details, used only to reply.

What we collect

Only what you type into the request form: your name and email (required), and, if you choose to add them, your company, phone number, the type of signer you are, document type, the signer's city and state, a preferred date or time, and any details you write in.

If you call, text, or email instead, we receive what you send through that channel.

How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare a quote, and schedule and carry out the signing you asked about. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

How it is sent

When you submit the form, your details are delivered to Highline Notary by email through our email provider, Resend, and kept in our email inbox. If the form can't send, your own email app opens with the request filled in so you can send it yourself.

This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, and, like any website, its hosting provider processes basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages. The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. It's shared only with the services needed to deliver your message, or as the law requires.

Notarization records

If you go on to book a notarization, the records a notary is required by law to keep (and the records of the online notarization platform, for remote sessions) are separate from this form and are kept as the law requires.
